How to Sell Prints to Thousands of Designers Worldwide with Fine Art America

Did you know that if you are an artist on Fine Art America you can sell your prints to thousands of designers around the world?

Having your art purchased by designers is a huge honor! Your creations will hang in corporations and businesses. And your art can be purchased in bulk.

As an artist on Fine Art America I've sold many prints to designers to hang in local businesses: 3 prints to a brand new hospital, 3 prints to a retirement home, and 3 prints to an assisted living facility. Recently I sold a 60 x 43.5 metal print to a designer in Durham, NC and a few days later sold a 48 x 60 framed canvas to a designer in Holland, Michigan.

You can join this established network of designers through your account on Fine Art America at no extra charge. Abbie Shores, the manager of FAA, told me the designers are manually vetted and are serious buyers spending multi-millions on art with Fine Art America. They must commit to purchase a certain amount of art each year. 

Opt into this program so your art will be seen by these designers on a separate website with FAA! This is how to do it:

1. Log into your account on Fine Art America at fineartamerica.com.

2. Hover your mouse over your name, click on Settings.

3. Scroll down to Special Features and click on Discount Programs.

4. In the section "Wholesale Buyers/ Designerprints.com" click YES.

It's that easy! 

This is how the Designer Prints program works: 

Designers buy their art in bulk from Fine Art America and will get a discount between 25-75% off depending on the amount of art they commit to buy. If you get a sale from a designer your profit will be reduced 25-75%. Most of the time the discount is 25% off.

As an artist on FAA you choose the profit amount for the products in your shop. Since you are not paying to fulfill orders, you will always make a profit. So if a designer buys one of your images, you will make a profit between 25-75% of your original profit amount.

The sales you make from designers count towards your image analytics on Fine Art America, which will push your images higher in the search on FAA. So participating in this program is a win-win!
